yo i jus came in back from Jamaica, and i have realised how partiotic those people and how much pride they have for their country, wen i arrived i knwe instantly that i was in Jamaica, every where they had flags and decorations with the colours of their flag!!!

ah mean behind all the murders the damn place and people nice!! i stayed on the Mona UWI Campus, which is to me the best campus!! although i am going to school on the St Agustine Campus!!

i went to alot of parties and boy i enjoyed them, i had a first hand experience of seeing the Jamaicans actually do their dance, yuh know the D Dutty Wine, D Hott Fuck, Take Way Yuhself, and the works and the Raging Bull,lol.

But you all know i am track athlete, so m trip there was amazing in terms of track, so i saw Asafa Powell training alongside Trinidad's very own Darryl Brown, boy was i excited, the whole MVP Track club was there training as well as Bridget Foster-Hamilton, saw her BMW SUV, as well as Sherone Simpson and Micheal Frater!!

then i met Asafa personally an boy is he humble, so look out for pics soon people!!

Ah mean track is like a business over there, hope it canbe like dat here in trini!
